What to expect?

We offer access to the gym outside of class times during designated hours. A keyless entry is required to enter and all current unlimited members can drop into the gym outside of class times to work on technique, do additional workouts, or make up a workout you missed. All open gym hours are unsupervised (except Sundays 8:30-9:30am).

Working out at the gym isn't easy. But getting there shouldn't be hard. CrossFit Coastal Carolina & Tidal Training is located and easily accessible from all of Hilton Head Island.
