MORE ABOUT THIS PROGRAM


Our Forever Fit program is designed specifically for individuals who wish to maintain their independence and stay in good physical shape for as long as possible. Classes are designed with the help of our in house physical therapist and include warm up, movement review as well as modifications needed. Bi-weekly clinics are held on Tuesday to work on balance, mobility and flexibility. Class meets every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 10am. Each class is approximately 60 minutes in duration.


Your first two classes are free with no obligation!

This is reserved for our monthly memberships only. Open gym time is specifically for hours outside of class time.
