Genesis Salcedo-Bonilla

“I grew up in very active home. Waking up at 5 a.m. to go running was a ritual my father enforced. He always said that being lazy wouldn’t get me anywhere. That motivated me to be the best version of myself. I wanted to be strong and passionate about fitness. I realized that with out good health, I couldn’t enjoy a good life. Later I found Crossfit, and became even more passionate about keeping fit.”

Genesis has completed numerous Spartan races and leads up our Spartan training class. She says she enjoys bringing people to these classes because she gets to teach everything she knows to them, and make a difference in someones life. Genesis also likes RC3 because it is a ton of fun and you make new friends who share the same passion as you.
