Can I do my own programming?

For any experienced CrossFitters, Weightlifters, and Strongman, we have two Open Gym Hours M-Th (8:30a-9:30a & 6:30-7:30p) time when you can follow your own programming. We only ask that you follow our house rules.

They are:

  1. Class has priority, please don’t stay past open gym time unless otherwise told.
  2. Be mindful of those around you and pick up once you’re finished.
  3. Have fun, be safe and let a coach know if you need anything.
